Order cancellation

To cancel an order, simply email us at support@Lukkul.com. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order is shipped out. Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped already. If your order has not been shipped and you have paid the amount via debit card/credit card/Net banking, the complete amount including shipping charges will be refunded to the same account from which the payment was made. In case the order has been shipped, the refund can only be provided after we have received the shipment back in our warehouse. In case of payment via cash on delivery, if the order is not accepted, cash on delivery will not be allowed in any future purchases for the customer.

Return policy

Lukkul.com provides hassle free returns on all products. In case you'd like to return your products, you can contact the customer care at care@Lukkul.com. You can also contact us through the contact us page. In case you'd like to return your product, you need to Mail the customer support within 72 hours of the delivery and courier the product back within 15 days of delivery. No exchanges will be provided in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact. In case of damaged product received, only another piece of the same product would be sent to the customer. This is how you can return the products.

  • Inform us within 72 hours of delivery about the return.
  • If reverse shipping will be available in your area, we'll get the products picked up by the courier partners. Please note that courier companies take a time of 3 to10 days to pick up the products from your place after we inform them.
  • In case you courier the product, the product needs to be delivered to us within 15 days. That means to you need to send the product within a maximum of 8-10 days.
  • Once we receive the product, the complete amount will be provided to you in form of store credits for future purchases that you can use at any point in time.
  • Refunds can be provided only in case of prepaid orders placed using credit card/debit card/net banking/any other card), in which case the amount will be refunded back to the credit card/debit card/ bank account from which the amount was debited.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, we would only be able to provide store credits which can be used at any time for any future purchases.
  • Make sure you send the invoice along with the product so that the product can be traced back to your order.
